Before entering the Museum in Corte San Lorenzo 9, it is necessary to purchase the ticket atthe ticket office/bookshop in Piazza Cittadella 5, a few metres from the entrance to the Museum.

For group booking is highly recommended. Due to the architectural characteristics of the Museum, entry is permitted to groups of maximum 25 people; in cases where the group is made up of a larger number of people, it will be divided into subgroups which will have access to the Museum every 20 minutes.

Ticket holders of the Puccini Festival are entitled to a reduction on the Museum ticket.
Puccini Museum ticket holders are entitled to a 10% discount, valid in sectors II, III and IV, not combinable with further promotions on tickets for the Torre del Lago Puccini Festival.
