Furnishings, paintings and memorabilia
The original heart of the Museum's furnishings is “Dell’Anna Collection” made up of movable assets transferred with various donations to the Giacomo Puccini Foundation by Rita Dell'Anna (Milan, 1904 - Monte Carlo, 1979), widow of Antonio Puccini. The assets of the Puccini Birth Home Museum were created this way at the time of its inauguration in 1979. On that occasion, to complete the Museum's setting out, the furnishings and paintings from the Fondo Dell'Anna were accompanied by purchased antique furniture. In 2010, the ownership of the property passed to the Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca Foundation.
