On the occasion of the first performance of Tosca, at the teatro del Giglio in Lucca, the theatre is to guard the jewels of Floria Tosca at the Puccini’s Museum, putting them in an alarmed and video monitored casket. These very valuable jewels were given to the Maestro Puccini by the German Baroness Carla Von Trotten. The precious jewelry is rarely taken out from the safety deposit box but, since it is a performance in the hometown of the Maestro, the impresario Pove decides to use jewelry given to Puccini. Therefore, the impresario deliveres the jewels to the Director of the Museum to put them in a safety casket, but at night the alarm sounds in the museum…
